Sonali's  goal is to help you achieve your personal and business goals faster and successfully.

Sonali  has worked with and consulted for more than 100+ companies and addressed more than 5,000,00 people in 1,000 workshops, talks and seminars throughout the India. As a Keynote speaker facilitator, trainer, certified coach and seminar leader, she addresses more than 5000 people each year.

Sonali started her Journey as a Teacher, Professor,mentor in academia and then explored the corporate world of fortune companies, for more than two decades. After her formal certification as a PCC coach from ICA (Australia) and ICF (US) she finally took the plung to be an entrepreneur-teacher to pursue her calling of spreading awareness of INNER WISDOM and the powers that every individual is endowed with. 

 

She had the blessed opportunity to work in organizations like HP, Infosys, CBay,Macmillan and many others; where she got inspired by the first generation entrepreneurs and visionaries like Bill & Dave, Narayan Murthy, Raman Kumar on one side and her coaching fraternity friends on the other.

 

Sonali is a Masters in English Literature, NLP master practioner, Management graduate, MS Counselling & Psychology, ID Specialist, and also ISTD certified training professional. She is also a sports enthusiast, who used to be in National badminton circuit in the 1990s. She draws immensely from her past experiences, a wealth of knowledge specific to Coaching,Training, HR and also sports; bringing into each SS session and workshops that she has designed in a holistic approach.

She is a passionate facilitator and believes in supporting her clients and participants to create a holistic life of success, excellence and happiness. She currently heads Success Studio and aspires to nurture the latent talent in people. Sonali's experiene in sports, media,academia and corporate has helped her put together the programs-solutions in Success Studio.

She speaks to corporate and public audiences on the subjects of Personal and Professional Development, including the executives and staff of many of multinationals. Her exciting talks and seminars on Leadership, Management, Coaching, NLP, Selling, Self-Esteem, Goals, Strategy, Creativity and Success Psychology bring about immediate changes and long-term results.

Sonali is happily married and has two children. She is active in entrepreneur development, networking and passionate about marathons and golf.
